In this talk organized by TEDxVIT, 3x Founder & Community Evangelist, Faiz Malkani discusses the need of ethics in our work and talks about how every decision that we make is intertwined with amplifying consequences.
He supports this idea by explaining how the simple light bulb became a tyrant. Lastly, he also suggests ways to make ethical choices Faiz is a 3x founder, currently building Rippl, a retention SaaS product that enables companies to richly engage their audience. He has a background in engineering, design, and product management, and works best in a strategy and growth role. Faiz is also a strong advocate for communities, connecting with others and giving back at a grassroots level. He's the founder of Made in Mumbai, a non-profit initiative aimed at scaling Mumbai's tech ecosystem. Outside of work, he splits his time between aviation and football, and is always open to chat about startups, tech, and design.
