I’ve always loved Cocomels since I started making #vegan desserts in 2011 and these no-bake beauties are the easiest way to spread holiday cheer. 🎄 Just melt down the sticky, sweet Caramel, process the ingredients to make a decadent dough, and fill them up with deliciousness! Make sure to top off the Brownies with a bit of flaky salt to really make this dessert dance. ✨ I can’t wait for you to dig into the stuffed bites my loves! 🎵 @onegreatvegan
CARAMEL BROWNIE BITES:
@jjscocomels Sea Salt Caramel (8-12 Caramels)
Flaky Salt (1-2 Tsp) (For Garnish)
(Melt down the caramel in a small pot until it is pourable)
NO-BAKE BROWNIES:
Pitted and Soaked Medjool Dates (5-7 Large Dates)
Oat Flour (1 Cup)
Cocoa Powder (½ Cup)
Sunflower Seed Butter (½ Cup)
Maple Syrup (2 Tbs)
Cinnamon (1 Tsp)
Nutmeg (½ Tsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 Tsp)
(Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a sticky dough has formed)
❄️ CHILL TO SET AND STORE IN THE FRIDGE UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
