Addition, and a main point I missed in my talk, rates also increase due to the “tax”/“not tax” on the carbon emissions, per ton, emitted by these plants. A “charge” illegally done by the DEP and Governor to these plants…passed on to the consumer.
One correction to the video...Venezuela was not #3 richest in world, it was #3 in that hemisphere at the time.
