The Managing VBA Performance & Results: Q4 was presented by Under Secretary for Benefits, Paul R. Lawrence, Ph.D., which featured an update on the performance of VBA in Q4 of FY19 and a look back on accomplishments of VBA in the past twelve months. He shared new performance measures for FY20 and his vision for the future. Dr. Lawrence was also joined by Willie Clark, Deputy Under Secretary for Field Operations; Charmain Bogue, Executive Director, Education Service; and Will Streitberger, Executive Director, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Service.
