October 20 was the fifth day of hearings for the Public Order Emergency Commission, also known as the Rouleau Commission. This is the long anticipated public inquiry into the federal government’s first ever invocation of the Emergencies Act in response to the 2022 Freedom Convoy. In this video, I summarize what happened on the fifth day of hearings.
On day 6 of the hearings, the commission heard from the following 2 witnesses:
• Patricia Ferguson (Ottawa Police Service)
• Craig Abrams (Ontario Provincial Police - OPP)
However, this video is only a summary of Patricia Ferguson’s evidence.
