This 12-hour track is a pure, constant binaural beat set at 2hz. I accidentally have it labeled "THETA" in the video because I used the same template to make my other videos (oopsies!). The DELTA frequencies, which are considered the "deep sleep" brainwaves, range from 1hz-3hz (sources can differ slightly). I picked 2hz as a happy medium, but if you have any requests for other tones or modifications, feel free to leave it in a comment and I'll whip something up for ya when I get a chance!

You should use a pair of decent quality headphones that handle bass well. This track is set on a pretty low frequency because I find the higher-pitched ones intolerable. You may not hear much of anything if your pair can't emit enough amplitude in the low end, so I apologize in advance...

For the sake of my legal safety, I feel obliged to give a disclaimer: I have no medical background, and I am just a curious psychonaut that enjoys experimenting with tech and acoustic stuff.
