Bagnet - Crispy Pork Belly Recipe

You Need:
500g or 1/2 Kilo Pork Belly (Cut)
3 cloves Garlic diced
1 tsp Peppercorn
1 Tbsp and 1 tsp Salt
4 Bay leaves
800ml Drinking Water
Extra Cooking Oil for Frying (Approx. 1 1/2 cup)
Note: Before frying the Meat after boiling, make sure that it is dry and cool. Fry in Medium Heat. Fry again for the second time when the first fry do not satisfy your taste of crispiness.
