Setting up and using Google Hangouts for Conference Calls, Meetings, and trainings

SETUP STEPS:

Download Hangouts for ipad or iphone here.

Follow video or steps below for desktop computer or laptop.

1. Make sure you have a gmail account
2. Add me to your contacts Will Taylor improv.will@gmail.com
3. or add me on your google plus page Click here for me.
4. Install this plugin.
4. Click this link to start the google hangouts.
On this page you'll see any current video call invites or you can start one of your own.

5. To start one, look of the plus sign on the far right new to "NEW HANGOUT"
6. Click that once and click on the people you want to invite to your video call

Thats IT! Lets save gas money and meet online!!
