In this men's retreat message, Dan Diaddigo answers the question, who was Asaph the Levite?

We learn that Asaph was a godly man, a man who walked with God, a man who is prominent in his culture, and known to be representing God, appointed by the king, basically a rock star in his day.

Asaph had been raised to believe that God is good to His people. But during a dark season of Asaph’s life where he saw the wicked prosper and the righteous suffer, Asaph began to question his belief that God is good.

And the questions Asaph wrestled with are not uncommon to us. This is why we study a man like Asaph.

In the dark seasons of our lives, we may find ourselves asking, is God good… to me, just like Asaph!
