Archimedes of Syracuse was an Ancient Greek mathematician, physicist, engineer, inventor, and astronomer, one of the world's greatest minds. His inventions literally changed the course of history and still effect our lives today. Did he invent the world's first computer - The Antikythera Mechanism? He surely had the knowledge and the means to do so...This is his Odometer, using many of the same technological techniques found in The Antikythera Mechanism could this be the invention linking him to the world's first astro computer? This mechanical marvel was taken and used by the Romans to measure their ever increasing road system.
