Activist Scott LoBaido was arrested for throwing pizza over the fende and onto the lawn of City Hall in NYC as he returned for a second installment of “The NY Pizza Party”
The activist encouraged people attending the noon demonstration to bring at least two pizzas, one to feed the homeless and the other for tossing over the fence at City Hall to feed the pigeons.
