14(7) Blue Flasks at +12 for 220 FP Per Flask, combined with a 38 Mind Stat for 221 total FP, yielding 7 full FP bar refills when summoned as a phantom!

Although I don't have Lord's Aid slotted and it has some use to cleanse poison from allies and yourself, poison can easily be cleansed with consumables that can be bought infinitely and also out-healed by the 'Blessing' incantations making it not as helpful as I'd like, especially considering that it can't cure Rot. thus I opted to make use of the Memory Slot for more damage options mostly to help against invaders where more offensive options are needed.
Erdtree Heal has completely replaced any other immediate 'Heal' incantations as the widest range and most effecient by far. If you don't mind having 2 Memory Slots dedicated to immediate healing Incantations Having a second, cheaper spell such as 'Heal' is nice to quickly top off yourself or an ally, but it heals for less than half what Erdtree Heal can, and even with the Primal Glintstone Blade Warming Stones are Cheaper FP Wise, need no Memory Slot, and can heal for more over their duration. The downside being that you have to stay inside the healing zone.

I use the Giant's Seal, namely to boost the damage of my standard fire incantations such as Flame, Fall Upon Them!, & Burn, O Flame! However the Godslayer Seal gets slightly higher scaling and makes your Black Fire spells do comparable damage to the standard fire incantations with the Giant's Seal. The Frenzyflame Seal also has slightly higher scaling than the Giant's Seal however, only the Faith scaling of a Seal is calculated when using Healing Incantations thus, since the Frenzyflame Seal scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence, it actually heals for quite a bit less while still doing better damage than some other Seals, especially with Frenzy incantations. The Erdtree Seal performs better as a 0 weight Seal option for healing since all of its scaling comes from Faith, making it heal for more than most Seals, because nearly every other Seal has at least some small Strength scaling. the Gravel Stone Seal is also another option, it's on par with the Frenzy Flame Seal, though I opted not to use Lightning Spells and go for more of a fire/primal theme. I haven't tested the Clawmark Seal to compare the scaling, but it's about on par with the other specific incant boosting Seals.
