Kirkjufell mountain is a mountain on the north coast of Iceland's Snæfellsnes peninsula, near the town of Grundarfjörður. It is one of the most photographed mountains in Iceland. Kirkjufell was one of the filming locations for Game of Thrones seasons 6 and 7, featuring the "Arrowhead Mountain" that the Hound and the company north of the Wall see when capturing a white walker.
There is a small fee for parking. There is no public restroom on that site. The road to get there is paved.
