The men were tracked down using surveillance video showing the woman being attacked at a gas station in the Houston suburb of Cypress on Friday after making the withdrawal. Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman says one man suspected of being involved in the attack was arrested later Friday, while a second man was taken into custody Monday. Dramatic footage shows one man try to snatch her purse while another man backs into her in a car - before both fled with some of the money.
