Dhaba Coconut FIsh Curry Recipe :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chillies (sliced) - 2 nos
Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
Cookd Dhaba Curry Paste - 1 packet
Water - 1 Cup
Seer Fish Slices - 300g
Salt - ½ tsp
Coconut milk - ½ Cup
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp + For garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin and fenugreek seeds and let them crackle
2. Add the curry leaves and green chillies and let it splutter.
3. Add the Cookd Dhaba curry paste, and cook it on a medium flame for a minute.
4. Add a cup of water, and bring it to a simmer.
5. Add the fish slices. Let it sink into the gravy.
6. Bring it to a boil, cover and cook it for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
7. Add the coconut milk, and mix it gently to avoid breaking the fish.
8. Bring the gravy to a simmer.
9. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with rice.
