Edited NASA TV footage of U.S. EVA 80. Expedition 66 NASA astronaut Raja Chari (@Astro_Raja) and ESA astronaut Matthais Maurer (@astro_matthias) performed the spacewalk.
On this EVA, the two astronauts worked a number of tasks, but they were delayed about an hour when, after egressing the airlock, Maurer's helmet camera became loose. Chari was eventually able to secure it in place with wire ties.
After the delay, Chari headed out and installed two ammonia-line jumpers running to one of the port side radiators. These jumpers were removed on a previous EVA because of a small leak. They were returned to Earth, refurbished, and reflown to the Station.
Maurer performed several tasks during this time, including routing an ethernet cable to an HD camera mount, connecting cables on the European Space Agency (ESA) laboratory module, Columbus, to Bartolomeo, an external experiment platform. He then secured a loose thermal blanket on the nadir side of the Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) laboratory module, Kibo.
Maurer then returned to the HD camera. Chari had swapped out the old camera for its replacement. They worked to connect cables for the camera, before wrapping up the spacewalk.
Several minor tasks were deferred to future EVAs due to the time lost troubleshooting Maurer's helmet camera.
