INGREDIENTS:
3 Egg Yolks
1tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
pinch of Salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Slowly melt butter on the stove (make sure it does not brown)
•Once the butter starts bubbling remove from the heat and be ready to use it within 2 minutes so that it does not cool
•Have all of your other ingredients ready by the blender
•Add the three Egg Yolks to the blender with the 1 tbsp of fresh Lemon Juice, blend until creamy (about 45 seconds)
•With the blender on slowly pour in the melted butter, then add just a pinch of salt and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. Blend for about 30 more seconds and the Hollandaise Sauce is ready to enjoy
