Lemon rice and tomato rice :
Rice - 1 glass
Wash it
Boil water in a pan
Add 1/2 tsp of salt
Add washed rice
Boil it properly
Drain the water
Heat 2 tbsp of oil
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Dry chilli - 4
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1 tsp
Fry it for few seconds
Cashews - 10 to 12
Raw peanuts - 3 tbsp
Fry it properly
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mix it well
Add boiled rice
Add salt to taste
Mix it well
Cook it for 2 mins
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Turn off the flame
Ready to serve
Tomato rice -
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Mix it well
Dry red chilli- 3
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 12 to 14
Onion - 1/4 cup
Mix it well
Tomato - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Mix it well
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Mix it well
Add washed rice
Mix it well
Water - 1.5 glass
Salt to taste
Mix it close the lid
Boil it for 2 whistles on medium flame
Turn off the flame and let it cool down
Open it carefully
Ready to serve
