The Picnic Stowaway is found at the bottom of the Froggy Fields, the Frog zone. Near the Dungeon Portal. The Picnic Stowaway have 3 normal one-time Quests. After those are completed, the Daily Quests can be started. Every Character can do the Daily, once per day. If done on 9 Characters, that means 9 Tokens a day. Once you have 30 Picnic Tokens, you can exchange those for the King of Food Trophy.
