The wall drill is a great way to work on speed , acceleration and power. Adding resistance with the Kinetic Bands raises the bar to challenge the athlete to drive through the resistance every rep - every set.
Maximum velocity only last a very short time before the body forces deceleration and the longer you can stay at maximum or high velocity the faster you become.
