You can learn how to Make a Yarn Wig for Cosplay in this DIY tutorial video. Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. I'll show you how to make a wig from yarn. You do not need to know how to knit or crochet to do this! This is a great project for kids to do. Your child can make the wig look like any character he or she wishes. Disney's Elsa and Anna from Frozen are used as an example in this tutorial. These braided yarn hair wigs are nice additions to your Halloween Costume or other dress-up or playtime costumes.

You will need a skein or two of yarn. In the video, the yarn used is the Impeccable worsted weight yarn found at Michaels craft stores. You will also need a crochet hook just to pull the yarn through. You can also use a Rainbow Loom hook. And you will need an inexpensive hat . The one in the video was purchased at Walmart.
