These characters come up to foreigners and tourists who are taking photos and offer to be in the picture. They pose and do stuff then ask for tips. They each want a tip and tell you that the orbital tip isn’t enough and then pull out a credit card reader. In about 20 minutes I saw these characters manage to get about $100 from 4 pictures. If you see them out and about use caution.
