Giorgi, 62, is one of the more than 135 million people living with some form of disability in the WHO European Region. Based in Tbilisi, Georgia, he has lived with fractured cervical vertebrae and spinal cord compression since 1975. For the past 45 years, has been using a wheelchair to go about his daily activities. Here he talks about his hopes and expectations from his government and society.
