In this video I will be showing you how to make a homemade mass gaining shake with all real foods and no protein powders. I used this shake specifically to gain over 20 lbs in 3 months! This video is for the hard gainers out there who have skinny genetics and can't seem to gain any weight no matter how much they eat.
Here is the recipe that I used to gain 20 lbs in 3 months.
1 cup of oats or 1 cup of oat flower
1 cup (handful) of spinach
3 whole eggs
1 table spoon of peanut butter
2 cups of soy milk
If your oats are not fine enough and you get oats in your throat, use oat flower instead.
Drink 3 shakes a day 2 hours after each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Do this consistently for a few months. CONSISTENCY is KEY.
