Ingredients.
2 cups of tomato sauce
2 1\2 cups of rice
½ cup of shredder carrots
½ of a medium onion chopped finely
2 tbsp. of chicken bullion
1 cup of water. The water is going to depend in the type of pan you cook the rice.
There are many variations of Spanish/Mexican rice recipes. Some people add garlic or different seasonings. I like to make mine it with ingredients that I have home for the most part. Plus, I think this is a simple and delicious recipe. This rice store well in the fridge and taste delicious after reheated.
