I've been putting together this medley for the last couple of weeks now and it was intended to be a fun way to end the year. As most of you know Carrie Fished passed away earlier this week. When I first heard the news of her incident I had just seen Rogue One earlier that day and was in the middle of watching A New Hope. When it came time to record I felt it was best to not play over Leia's Theme and instead have a moment of silence.

Carrie Fisher was a very significant and influential figure in the motion picture and entertainment industry. She played a crucial part in some of our childhoods and adulthoods. Star Wars wouldn't be the same without her. There will never be a princess Leia without Carrie Fisher. There will never be another Carrie Fisher. She was truly one of a kind. May the force be with you Carrie...
