Grass-Fed Beef Liver for Longevity, Wellness & Beauty (The Most Nutrient Dense Food I Eat)
I include grass fed beef liver & beef heart in my diet, in addition to grass fed beef. Beef liver is highest in Vitamin A (preformed retinol) and rich in minerals--it's the most nutrient dense food you can consume. Since incorporating grass fed beef and organ meats into my diet, I've noticed a marked improvement in not only my energy and overall vitality, but also my SKIN.
