During the mission "The best there is" when you are at the point where it tells you to "Meet Huan on the Jade Swan". Do not talk to Huan. Suggest putting game on hardest difficulty for better gear. I have tried entering/not entering the lodge, and the money is more when you do enter. Sometimes the Jade Swan door will not open and you cannot enter. Just Save/Load game and it is fine. I have tested on PC & Xbox Cloud Gaming

1.) Board the jade swan
2.) Loot the captains locker
3.) Fast travel to (and enter) the lodge (dump items as needed)
4.) go out side, fast travel to Jade Swan.
5.) Repeat.
