INGREDIENTS for mutton pepper fry
Gingelly oil- 1tbsp
Dry chilly- 4-5nos
Small onion-10nos
Boiled mutton (or) cooked mutton- 250g
Pepper-2tsp
Salt-1tsp
Coriander leaves
PROCESS
Take a kadaai and heat oil add red chilly, onion and fry till oil seperates.. Now add boiled or cooked mutton then put pepper 2tsp,salt 1tsp,coriander leaves and cook for 3mins then serve delicious mutton pepper fry.
