Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I haven't eaten sugar for over a year! You must try it! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
00:00:03 Recipe No. 1:
200 gr. (1 and 3/4 cups) oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 cup (240 ml) milk.
Mix.
1 grated carrot – 140 gr. (1 and ½ cups).
1 apple.
3 eggs.
Stevia to taste.
Mix with a mixer.
Mix all ingredients.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix.
Grease a 19 cm diameter silicone mold with vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 45-50 minutes.
It's very healthy and tasty!
00:03:27 Recipe No. 2:
140 gr. carrots.
Cut into pieces.
Walnut 25 gr. – ¼ cup.
Hazelnuts 25 gr. – ¼ cup.
Cashew 25 gr. – ¼ cup.
Almonds 25 gr. – ¼ cup.
Oatmeal 50 gr. - ½ cup.
Grind.
Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
10 dates, pre-soaked in water for 15 minutes.
Grind again.
Form into balls.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
