Very simple trophy to do here! Just get a Call boon and use it fully on the same God.
A Trail Chamber is the rooms where you have 2 boons symbols together.
The only think that can make this trophy unreachable is by not having enough enemies to fully complete the god gauge. The following items will help you to have a full gauge faster:

- "Aether Net" (Well of Charon item) - Begin Encounters with your God Gauge already 15% full.
- "Hunter Instinct" (Artemis Boon) - Your God Gauge charges faster when you deal critical damage.
- "Proud Bearing" (Athena Boon) - You begin each Encounter with your God Gauge partially full.
- "Quick Favor" (Hermes Boon) - Your Call charges up automatically.
- "Boiling Point" (Poseidon Boon) - Your God Gauge charges faster when you take damage.
- "Clouded Judgment" (Zeus Boon) - Your God Gauge charges faster when you deal or take damage.

Other strategy is to do this trophy in Elysium where you have the Brightswords. Just defeat them and let their souls to respawn, them beat them again until the gauge is full.
