First attempt at smoking cheese with a homemade smoking tube in my Traeger. The smoke tube was used to keep the temperature as low as possible. At the lowest setting on the Traeger my temperature is around 170 degrees F. Cheese at this temperature quickly becomes a puddle. With the smoke tube the temperature reached 82 degrees F, and the cheese turned out great.
