Procedure for Fuel Valve Testing:-

(1)Test A VENTING FUNCTION (SLIDE TEST) 1. Switch knob (5) to RESET position

2 Adjust air regulating valve (3) unit air pressure gauge (6) is 0.2 MPa. 3 Maintain the pressure for about 1 minute, then turn the regulating valve (3) anti-clockwise,

air pressure gauge (0) shows 0 MPa & Close pressure relief valve (2)

5 Adjust air regulating valve (3) until WORKING PRESSURE (8) is 150 bar

6. Switch knob (5) to VENTING PRESSURE

7. Pull out the quick release handie (1), when internal venting opens, the WORKING PRESSURE

(8) decreased slowly, venting pressure is shown on display (7).

Release the quick release handle (1)

9. Close air regulating valve (3)-by turn it anti-clockwise

10. Open pressure relief valve (2)-by turn it anti-clockwise


Test OPENING PRESSURE:-



1 Switch knob (5) 10 RESET position

2 Adjust air regulating alive (3) until air pressure gauge (6) is 0.2 Mpa

3 Maintain the pressure for about 1 minute then close relief valve (2)


4.Switch knob (5) to OPENING PRESSURE position.

5. Adjust air regulating valve (3) until display
(7) shows the fuel valve opening pressure stable. The electromagnetic valve (13) closed, and high pressure pump (12) stopped

automatically

& Close regulating valve (3)-by turn anti-clockwise 7. Open pressure relief valve (2)-by turn it anti-clockwise

Repeat upper procedures and get twp "same" opening pressures (+/- 10 bar.

3)TesCLEAKAGE TESK

Opening pressure should be 200-380 bar.

PRESSURE (0) is 10-20 bar lower than

if there is any oil leakage at nozzle-holes

Switch knob (3) to RESET position

2 Close pressure relief valve (2) 3. Adjust regulating vale (3) unti displayed WORKING

OPENING PRESSURE MEASURED in TEST B Check regulating valve (3)-bytum itint-clockwise

and valve body Close

1. Open pressure relief valve (2)-by unit anti-clockwise, 4foll leakage, the fuel valva must dismounted for dearling and grinding.

(4)TMD0-RING SEAL TEST 1. which knab (5) RESET position.

2 Plug oil hele on fuel valve and cobo preasiare relief valve (2) 3. Adjust regulating yavs unt displayed WERKING PRESSURE (8) is about 100 bar & Turn air regulating valve 3) until air protspure gauge (6) is O Mos, Keup the WORKING PRESSURE ) for 3-5 minutes. If found leaking from union nut, check O-ring of fual valve

Open pressure relief vav (2)-bytum anti-clockwise.
