The Bank of Uganda has asked the government to prioritise public investments to help stimulate economic growth. Uganda is currently undertaking major infrastructure projects in energy, roads and rail. But the central bank believes some of the projects should be halted and the money diverted to where it is most needed. CGTN's Michael Baleke has that report
