These positive messages are a great way to reprogram negative self-talk. Your subconscious believes and repeats anything it hears consistently. If you received negative input during childhood, it will take consistent repeated positive input to reprogram yourself. Listen every day for at least 21 days. This depends on the level of subconscious resistance, but can take up to 3 months to fully correct if you have entrenched negative patterns. Listen 1-3 times during the day, and once at night while falling asleep (first hour of sleep). Based on experience, I do not recommend listening through a full night's sleep. Repetition and consistency over the long term work best. Get into a routine and stay consistent to see results.
