Our Filipino Pork Adobo. It is made from pork cubes. Cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, onions, peppercorns and garlic. Adobo is a popular dish in the Philippines.
Ingredients:

1.2 kg pork belly
1 whole bunch of garlic
3 dried bay leaves
1/4 cup vinegar or depending on your preference
1/4-1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon peppercorn
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar
Salt to taste
