Ingredients:
Paneer - 400 gms
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cashews - 1/4 cup
Almonds - 1/4 cup
Raisins - 1/4 cup
Salt ( as per taste)
Fried Onions - 1 tbsp
Coriander, Mint Leaves & Green Chilli (Chutney)
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Water (as required)
Oil (for frying)

Gravy Base:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Black Cardamom - 1
Bay Leaf - 1
Green Cardamom - 2-3
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 4-5
Cashews - 1 tbsp
Coriander Stems - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies - 2-3
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cups

Tempering:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Water (as required)
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder - 1 pinch
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Fresh Cream - 3-4 tsp
