Revised and updated video on how to make bakery style soft, fluffy and buttery buns recipe
Hi guys!
This video is the revised and updated version of my previous video on how to make bakery style buns. This buns is soft, fluffy and buttery. Simply irresistable!
Do use your mixer with dough hook attachment or a food processor or a bread machine to knead this dough if you have them. Otherwise some elbow grease wont hurt right?
If bread flour is not available just use plain all purpose flour. It's totally fine as long as you knead the dough until it is stretchy and elastic.
Recipe:
200 ml fresh milk ( warm it for 30 sec in microwave if it's cold)
1 teaspoon instant dried yeast
250 grams bread flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
20 grams butter softened at room temperature
I used a 19 square cm baking tin but it doesnt have to be exact. you can even use a round cake tin as well.
