Here's what you'll need:
1 and 1/4 cup milk (320ml)
1 large egg
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (75g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tablespoon instant yeast (10g)
4 cups bread flour or all purpose flour (500g) plus more for the counter
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
-You can add more sugar if you want a sweeter bread.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 170C/340F for convection or 180C/350F for conventional for 25 minutes.
