In this video I show the complete rewire, sleeve and assembly of the motorcycle handle bar switch, used on the 73 Suzuki TC125. Most other motorcycles use very similar designed switches. The best advice I can give is to take lots of pictures before you disassemble the switch, and draw maps of the wiring at the connectors so they can be reassembled correctly. you will need new sleeving, wire terminals, connector shells, solder iron, solder, flux, and hand tools to do this.
