The Culinary Institute of America held its 2015 Leadership Awards on April 30. Celebrating Women was the theme, and the Augie Award was presented to seven pioneering women chefs: Elena Arzak (Restaurant Arzak, Spain), Lidia Bastianich (Tavola Productions, New York), Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn, San Francisco), Susan Feniger '77 (Border Grill restaurants and truck, Mud Hen Tavern; Los Angeles), Barbara Lynch (Barbara Lynch Gruppo, Boston), Anne-Sophie Pic (Maison Pic, France), and Nancy Silverton (Mozza Restaurant Group, Los Angeles).
