FOR SHASHLIK POWDER:
Paprika Powder or Red Chilli powder: 2 tbsp
Caster Sugar: 2tbsp
Cornflour: 2tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Garlic Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Red and orange food colour: just a pinch
FOR CHICKEN MARINATION:
Chicken: 1/2 kg
Oil: 2tbsp
Prepared Shashlik Masala: 2 tbsp
FOR THE SAUCE:
Water: 1 Glass
Ketchup : 1 Cup
Remaining Shashlik Powder
FOR PREPARATION:
Oil: 1/2 cup
Garlic: 4 to 5 cloves
Bell Pepper : 2 pcs
Onion: 2 pcs
Tomatoes: 2 to 3 pcs
