Back in 1990, the late Brock Little nabbed one of the best waves ever at Waimea Bay during the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational. He knifed the drop, pulled into a rare barrel at the Bay, and got clamped at the end. But as it turns out, the wave was supposed to be Tony Moniz’s – as he explains in the snippet above from ‘Late Drop’ podcast with Jamie Mitchell.
