2 tsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. condensed milk
1/3 cup desiccated or freshly grated coconut
4 tbsp. butter
enough evaporated milk to bring the dough together
oil to fry
For the sugar syrup:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tsp. lemon zest
