3 ounce cashew nuts
1/2 cup diced onion (white or yellow)
1/2 cup sweet red pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 pineapple
3 eggs
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons seasoning soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 green onions
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
cilantro (garnish to taste)
cucumber (garnish to taste)
