In this video, I will review making representations to compare fractions with the same numerator. As the video progresses, we will talk about how the size of the denominator affects the size of the pieces of the whole. Finally, we will go over a conjecture for comparing fractions that have the same numerator. This is introduced in grade 3, and reviewed in grades 4 and 5.
