First I love the character of Oliver Queen in both shows (Arrow / Smallville) each gives a special touch, I love the chemistry they have with Chloe & Oliver and Felicity & Oliver, that's why I made this video because no matter what reality or universe, Oliver Queen will always have their ideal partner in Chloe / Felicity.
