This week, we're back to making basics! In this video, you'll learn how to make a circle skirt to fit any doll. No pattern necessary! This is a great project for beginners. I'll take you through the whole process, from taking the measurements, marking and cutting the fabric, all the way to how to get a neat and smooth finish on the bottom hem, despite the curving hem line.
