Once a month we gather to do a live meditation together during the full moon. We do this to recharge our energy and connect with each other so that we can form a powerful field of love and light. It has been known for decades that this kind of group meditation works to positively influence the collective consciousness.
The more loving positive vibrations are emitted by people, the more other people will feel those vibrations. Love and light spread like a virus. When you are touched by love and light in your heart, your vibration and your vision of the world, of other people and of yourself changes.
