ABOUT MY CHANNEL:
Hi! My name is Promise and welcome to my lifestyle channel! I graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Nutrition Science (Nutritional Biology) and will be heading to medical school in July 2020. I recently started this channel to share my med school journey and passions with the world. I make videos about food, nutrition, health & fitness, studying, productivity, medicine, faith, and so much more!
Although I started cooking at the age of 12, health and fitness did not come naturally to me. I was overweight for years. I tried dieting but failed miserably. Eventually, through implementing small but significant lifestyle changes, I've successfully lost over 30lbs. I am now a health and fitness coach on a mission to inspire and help as many people live healthy, fulfilling lives as possible.
My life motto is to "share love, spread health, and make impact."
